the foster family that took this guy in were so bad at names so when they get this khajiit kid handed to em with no name thats already babbling and walking around a little theyre like ah damn we need to give this kid a name NOW but they never agreed on what to call him so he's always been called two different things. then being transgender multiplied that number by some value. he always jokes around when he introduces himself like "i have no name call me whatever you want" and some people do take that offer up. dude has a dictionary's worth of names hes probably been called over the years. when he went into the mages guild he started getting called "doc" most of the time. one of his close friends in the guild named him "sa'jo," made up from two khajiit honorifics ("adult" and "wizard" respectfully)

he rose up the ranks of the guild and eventually became the lead guy at his local mages guild chapter for being a real good healer or whatever. one thing though is that sometimes he gets overly clinical with it and in an attempt to keep you informed as possible about whatever ailment someone has he ends up scaring the shit out of them. its like when you google a symptom and it comes back with every possible bad outcome and it shows you all the gross pictures but if that phenomenon was a guy. this dude patched up arvidir when the werewolf attack happened he watched that kid like a hawk
